Booking requests
Submitting the booking form is a “booking request”, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we send you an explicit confirmation.
Prices
Displayed prices, where shown, are indicative and may change with dates and availability. Trips marked “Request a quote” are priced after we review the request. The final price is the one stated in the confirmation message.
Payment
No payment counts as complete until it has been verified. Payment instructions are sent with your booking reference, which must be quoted when you pay.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to our cancellation & refund policy and each trip’s conditions.
Traveller responsibilities
- Follow the safety instructions of guides and crews
- Tell us about any health condition that may affect participation
- Bring the required documents (passport or ID) when needed
Circumstances beyond our control
Trips may be changed or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions or decisions by the authorities. In such cases we offer an alternative or handle a refund under our policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
